JOB PURPOSE
To enhance company’s brand presence through impactful events and retail branding initiatives.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Event Management: Plan, coordinate, and execute various corporate events, including conferences, seminars, trade shows, and exhibitions. Ensure seamless execution of events from conceptualization to post-event analysis, including budget management, vendor coordination, logistics, and attendee experience.
Retail Branding: Conceptualize and oversee retail branding initiatives across various touchpoints, including Hospitals, clinics, pharmacies, and other retail outlets. Collaborate with internal teams and external agencies to develop compelling branding materials and ensure brand consistency.
Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal stakeholders, including sales, brand marketing, and communications teams, to align marketing initiatives with overall business objectives and ensure cohesive brand messaging across all channels.
Vendor Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with external vendors, agencies, and suppliers to ensure quality deliverables and cost-effective solutions for marketing initiatives.
Compliance and Regulatory Adherence: Ensure all marketing activities comply with regulatory requirements and industry standards, including healthcare compliance, data privacy regulations, and brand guidelines.
Unit Wise Activity Matrix : Basis daily coordination with all the units, prepare fortnightly reporting status & present to the team.
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, or a related field. Master's degree preferred
3-4 years of progressive experience in marketing, with a focus on events management and retail branding. Exposure in the healthcare sector is desirable
Technical Skills
Experience working in an Event/Outdoor Agency environment.
Familiarity of healthcare industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
Certification in project management or event planning is a plus.
Proven track record of successfully planning, executing, and measuring the impact of marketing events.
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Extensive travel and work outside of regular business hours as needed.
