These platforms help clients convert complex, fragmented data into actionable enterprise intelligence.We are looking for a Public Relations Manager to shape Scry AI’s narrative in the market, build strong relationships with media and industry stakeholders, and position our leadership and products as category-defining in enterprise AI.Role OverviewAs a Public Relations Manager at Scry AI, you will own the external communications strategy across press, media, analysts, and key industry platforms. You will craft compelling stories around our products, customers, research, and leadership, while proactively managing our reputation and share of voice. This role demands strong storytelling, relationship-building, and the ability to translate complex AI topics into clear, impactful narratives.Key ResponsibilitiesPR Strategy and PlanningDevelop and execute a PR and external communications strategy aligned with business and marketing goalsIdentify key narratives and story angles around product launches, customer successes, partnerships, and researchBuild annual/quarterly PR plans with clear objectives, target outlets, and measurable outcomesMedia Relations and OutreachBuild and maintain strong relationships with journalists, editors, industry analysts, and influencers in tech, AI, BFSI, and enterprise mediaDraft and distribute press releases, media pitches, and briefing documentsCoordinate interviews, media briefings, and thought leadership opportunities for founders and senior leadersContent and Thought LeadershipCollaborate with leadership and subject-matter experts to create bylined articles, op-eds, quotes, and commentary on AI and industry trendsSupport the development of narratives for speaking engagements, webinars, and panelsEnsure consistent messaging across PR, social media, website, and marketing campaignsReputation Management and MonitoringTrack media coverage, share of voice, and brand sentiment across key markets and channelsPrepare talking points and FAQs for sensitive topics, announcements, or issuesSupport crisis communication planning and response, ensuring timely and accurate information flowCross-Functional CollaborationWork closely with marketing, demand generation, product marketing, and HR branding to align messaging and timing of announcementsCoordinate with customer success and sales to identify customer stories and case study opportunitiesProvide PR input for GTM plans, campaign themes, and brand-building initiativesRequired Qualifications and Skills4+ years of experience in public relations, corporate communications, or media relations, ideally in B2B tech or SaaSProven track record of securing coverage in relevant business, tech, and industry outletsExcellent writing skills with the ability to craft clear, concise, and compelling messages on complex technical topicsStrong network or demonstrated ability to build relationships with journalists, analysts, and influencersExperience managing PR agencies or external partners is a plusHighly organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-growth environmentOur Ideal CandidateIs a natural storyteller who can turn technical AI work into narratives that resonate with business and industry audiencesIs proactive, resourceful, and comfortable owning the PR agenda end-to-endThinks strategically about brand reputation and long-term positioning, not just one-off announcementsCommunicates confidently with senior stakeholders and can coach spokespeople for media interactionsIs excited to help shape how Scry AI shows up in the world as a trusted, innovative enterprise AI partnerIf this role interests you, follow our page to stay updated on more job opportunities and to see how Scry AI is advancing enterprise AI through secure, scalable platforms like Auriga, Collatio, and Concentio.
