- At least 5 years of teaching experience preferable in a reputed CBSE school.
- Shall be responsible for Senior School (Class VI-XII) teacher supervision, guidance and development
- Accomplished educationist, coordinator and strategic leader with experience of managing and leading part/full K 12 Schools ; Well versed with standard operating procedures, processes as per the norms
- Will play a key role in the school improvement planning process
- Development of curriculum, teacher training and understanding of institutional developments, administration, affiliation, academics and public relations.
- Must have through knowledge of academic standards and teaching methodologies
- Education policy formulation and change management.

**Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications**
- Patience, confidence, innovative thinking and sound decision making. In addition must have strong interpersonal skills and be effective communicators.
- Strong in Academics, Computer Savvy, Problem solving Skills, Good Listener
