Job Summary:

We are looking for a highly organized and strong leader to join our team as an Assistant Manager of Creatives. This role is crucial for ensuring that all design requirements are aligned and delivered on time, with a strong focus on team management and process optimization. The ideal candidate will possess knowledge of design principles and demonstrate exceptional management skills to lead and motivate the creative team.


Key Responsibilities:

Design Alignment and Delivery: Oversee the alignment of all design requirements with project

objectives, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of creative assets.

Communication: Exhibit powerful communication skills to effectively articulate ideas, feedback, and

project updates within the team and across departments.

Team Management: Lead and manage the creative team with a strong focus on team development,

motivation, and productivity. Create an environment that encourages collaboration and creativity.

Attention to Detail: Ensure all creative work meets the highest standards of quality, with a keen eye for design details and accuracy.

Proactive Delivery: Manage project timelines aggressively, ensuring all deadlines are met and resources are efficiently utilized.

Process Management: Develop and manage efficient processes to streamline the team's workflow. This includes handling Excel sheets and other organizational tools to maintain structured and efficient project management.

Leadership: Demonstrate strong leadership and management skills, guiding the team through challenges and ensuring successful project outcomes.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in design or equivalent experience.
  • Proven experience in a management role, preferably within a creative or design environment.
  • Basic knowledge of design principles and creative processes.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with a track record of successfully leading teams.
  • Excellent organizational skills, with experience in process management and using Excel for project tracking.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
