Key Responsibilities:CRM Development & Implementation Implement, customize, and optimize CRM platforms (Salesforce, Zendesk,Kustomer, Zoho, or other populer). Participate in implementing new CRM systems or migrating from legacysolutions. Build integrations between CRM and internal/external applications. Configure CRM workflows, data models, and automation processes to improveusability and efficiency.Software Engineering Design and develop backend services and microservices using Java and Python. Build APIs and connectors to integrate CRM with third-party platforms. Write high-quality, maintainable, and secure code following best practices. Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment processes. Cloud & Infrastructure Develop and deploy cloud-native applications using AWS (DynamoDB, SQS,SNS, Lambda, API Gateway) or GCP equivalents. Monitor, troubleshoot, and optimize performance of CRM-related services. Collaborate with DevOps teams to support scalability, automation, andobservability.Collaboration & Support Work closely with product managers, business analysts, and stakeholders tounderstand requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Provide ongoing support, bug fixes, and enhancements for CRM and relatedservices. Document solutions, APIs, and workflows for future reference and scalability.Required Skills &a Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field. 4–7 years of experience in software engineering with hands-on CRMdevelopment. Experience with at least one CRM platform (Salesforce, Zendesk, Kustomer,Zoho, or similar). Strong programming skills in Python and Java, with knowledgeof microservices architecture. Proficiency with cloud platforms (AWS or GCP) and services like DynamoDB,SNS, SQS, Lambdas, Pub/Sub, Cloud Functions, etc. Solid understanding of system design, APIs, and data modeling. Strong problem-solving and debugging skills.
