Desigantion : Manager – R&D (Aqua) Developing standards for research design, execution and data analysis Plan, coordinate and execute research studies related to the pre grow out and grow out nutrition of shrimp and fish (Indoor & Outdoor) Plan and execute most promising concepts/formulations at pilot ponds and in commercial farms Disseminate the results and findings to key stakeholders and implementation assistance Provide technical support related to nutritional issues at field and commercial levels Work closely with nutritionist and technical people to understand the research needs Internal training and literature publications Managing a team of researchers to execute time -bound research projects and deliver high quality results Budget proposal for research projects and maximum utilization of resources Visit to key customers on need based Submission of daily, weekly and monthly report as per requirement Required skills: Wokring with Aqua feed. Aqua experience is a must. Nutrition background field experience is a must Should have collaborative exposure Should have good market exposure
