Job Title: Leadership Roles in RCM Operations: Director & Senior Manager Company: Nath Outsourcing Solutions Pvt. NOS is seeking two impactful leaders to champion operational excellence, client success, and strategic growth within our dynamic RCM practice. We have openings for a Director of Operations and a Senior Manager of Practice Excellence . Director of Operations - RCM (Strategic & P&L Leadership) This role is for a visionary leader who will own the strategy and P&L for our RCM division. Strategic Vision: Develop and execute the operational strategy, aligning departmental goals with the company's overall vision and financial targets. Financial Stewardship: Own the division's P&L, manage budgets, and drive revenue growth through optimized revenue capture, reduced denials, and accelerated collections. Operational Scale: Champion a culture of continuous improvement, leveraging technology and automation to streamline end-to-end RCM processes for efficiency and scalability. Senior Manager - RCM Practice Excellence (Client-Facing & Operational Execution) This role is for a client-centric leader who excels at building relationships and driving daily operational excellence. Client Partnership: Act as the primary strategic contact for US clients, building trusted partnerships with Physicians and their offices to ensure exceptional satisfaction and retention. Performance Optimization: Monitor, analyze, and interpret operational KPIs to drive data-backed process improvements across the entire RCM lifecycle. facilitating seamless communication and project execution. Process Champion: Lead strategic initiatives to enhance efficiency, accuracy, and resolve complex operational challenges. 15-20 years in US RCM, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role (Director, AVP) overseeing large-scale operations. ~ Deep expertise in P&L management, strategic planning, and driving technology-led transformations. ~ A proven track record of building, mentoring, and leading large, high-performance teams. 10+ years of hands-on experience in US RCM, with at least 3-4 years in a leadership role. ~ A minimum of 2 years of direct client-facing experience, communicating effectively with US Physicians and their staff. ~ Proven ability as a project manager and data-driven analyst to improve operational metrics. Deep, end-to-end knowledge of the US RCM lifecycle (Coding, Billing, A/R, Denials, etc.). A graduate degree. Play a critical role in shaping the future of a leading RCM service provider.
