Ensure alignment with organizational standards and compliance frameworks.System Monitoring & Reporting Continuously monitor Zscaler dashboards for alerts, anomalies, and performance metrics. Provide clients with regular reports on threat activity, usage trends, and compliance status.User Support & Issue Resolution Provide user support for Zscaler-related issues. (KS1) Collaborate with IT teams to resolve connectivity, access, and policy-related problems. Escalate complex issues as needed.Documentation & Change Management Maintain detailed documentation including configuration records, troubleshooting guides, network diagrams, and change logs.
