This role offers an exciting opportunity to work closely with leadership and cross-functional teams across global markets on SaaS contracts, commercial negotiations, compliance, and privacy.This position is ideal for someone who wants to build a long-term in-house career, enjoys problem-solving, and can balance legal rigor with commercial pragmatism in a fast-moving technology business.What You’ll DoContracting & NegotiationsDraft, review, and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements, including SaaS contracts, MSAs, reseller and partnership agreements, NDAs, vendor contracts, and employment-related documents.Collaborate with Sales, Finance, Operations, and HR teams to provide legal input and ensure business alignment during negotiations.Create and maintain contract templates, negotiation playbooks, and clause libraries to improve speed and consistency in contract execution.Data Privacy & ComplianceDrive data privacy compliance across all jurisdictions where Restroworks operates (including GDPR, DPDP, and CCPA).Draft, review, and update Data Processing Addendums (DPAs), Privacy Policies, and Terms of Service.Assist in conducting periodic privacy audits, maintaining records of processing activities, and managing data subject rights requests.Monitor evolving privacy and technology regulations globally and recommend updates to internal policies.Risk Management & Legal Operations· Provide legal support and advice to internal stakeholders on day-to-day business operations· Ensure compliance with applicable laws and regulations, including data privacy requirements across all jurisdictions Restroworks operates in.· Identify potential legal risks and propose practical solutions.What We’re Looking ForLL.B. with 4-5 years of post-qualification experience, preferably with exposure to both law firm and in-house environments.Strong experience in SaaS, commercial, and technology contracts, with sound understanding of contract structuring and negotiation.Working knowledge of data protection laws (GDPR, PDPB, CCPA) and ability to advise on practical compliance measures.Ability to work independently , manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively across teams.A proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a commercial approach to legal issues.Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and curiosity to learn how in-house legal functions support business growth.
