JD:
Digital Measurement Analytics Lead We are looking for a Digital Analytics Lead to drive data strategy for our client using Agile methodology. This role involves data collection, validation, reporting, and collaborating with cross-functional teams.
Responsibilities:
Lead digital measurement analytics initiatives for servicing platforms.
Collaborate with marketing, tech, and digital teams to execute strategic priorities.
Manage team communication, project timelines, accuracy, and compliance.
Hire, mentor, and develop talent, focusing on analytics and technical skills.
Requirements:
4+ years in analytics, with 2+ years in Digital/Web Analytics (Adobe/Google Analytics).
2+ years in SAS or SQL , and 1+ year in Tableau for data visualization.
1+ year in People Management , including performance evaluation and training.
Strong communication skills to present and collaborate across teams.
