Sr. Executive: Visual Designer

Visual Creation:

Develop campaign assets, including font selections, banners, and supporting visuals in line with campaign UI/UX plans.


Video Editing & Motion Graphics:

  • Design and edit engaging video content for social media and digital ads.
  • Create attention-grabbing video hooks to capture audience interest quickly.
  • Optimize video content for various social platforms and formats.
  • Ensure brand consistency across all video content.
  • Enhance videos with motion graphics, animations, and transitions.


Ad Creation:

  • Create highly engaging ads like main tiles, carousel, motion graphics, and GIFs that are aligned with the visual theme and direction of campaigns.


Image Editing:

  • Perform retouching, color correction, and cleanup of raw images to enhance their visual appeal, ensuring they meet high aesthetic standards.


Requirements:

  • NIFT fashion communication graduates preferred or equivelent
  • 3-4 years of design experience in a similar role.
  • Proficient in Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects. Knowledge of Cinema 4D is a bonus.
  • Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and UI/UX.
  • Ability to create compelling visuals and engaging video content.
  • Eagerness to embrace daily challenges and learn something new every day.
