With deep expertise across SAP ecosystems and a people-first culture, ARAs Client empowers clients to deliver innovation at scale and achieve operational excellence.Role SummaryAs a Manager – SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC), you will lead design, development, and configuration initiatives within the SAP BRIM landscape to address complex business requirements. You’ll act as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) providing architectural guidance, mentoring teams, and ensuring successful delivery of high-performance applications across client engagements.Key Responsibilities- Lead design, build, and configuration of SAP BRIM – Convergent Charging (CC) solutions to meet evolving business and technical requirements.- Serve as SME for Convergent Charging, guiding solution strategy and execution across multiple project teams.- Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders including business analysts, solution architects, and operations teams to deliver integrated SAP solutions.- Manage and mentor a technical team; review code, ensure adherence to quality and performance standards.- Drive solutioning decisions and provide input to technical architecture and best practices.- Identify and mitigate project risks through proactive planning and continuous improvement.- Stay updated on SAP BRIM and Convergent Mediation (CM) innovations, sharing insights to enhance delivery capability.Must-Have Qualifications- 12+ years of total experience in SAP development with at least 8 years focused on SAP BRIM Convergent Charging (CC) and Convergent Mediation (CM).- Strong understanding of SAP BRIM architecture, rating & charging models, and mediation processes.- Hands-on experience with configuration, debugging, and troubleshooting within SAP CC/CM environments.- Solid grasp of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies.- Demonstrated ability to lead teams and drive technical decisions in large-scale SAP engagements.Nice-to-Have Skills- Exposure to SAP Subscription Billing, Convergent Invoicing (CI), and SAP S/4HANA integration.- Experience in performance optimization, load testing, or automation frameworks.- SAP BRIM certification(s) preferred.
