Job Title: Oracle EBS Technical Developer

Location: Mumbai (Remote)

Job Type: Full-time

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Oracle EBS Developer with expertise in PL/SQL, Oracle Integration, and Oracle HCM modules. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems, and supporting HR processes through Oracle HCM.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) applications.
  • Write efficient PL/SQL code for customizations and enhancements.
  • Integrate Oracle EBS with other systems using Oracle Integration tools.
  • Support and enhance Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service HR.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS applications.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Developer.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL and Oracle Integration tools.
  • Hands-on experience with Oracle HCM modules.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM.
  • Knowledge of Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
