We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Oracle EBS Technical Developer to join our team at OnPoint Insights. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining Oracle E-Business Suite applications.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop high-quality Oracle EBS applications, ensuring seamless integration with other systems.
  • Write efficient PL/SQL code for customizations and enhancements, leveraging your expertise in Oracle Integration tools.
  • Spearhead the implementation and support of Oracle HCM modules, including Core HR, Payroll, and Self-Service HR.
  • Collaborate with business analysts and end-users to gather requirements and provide technical solutions, fostering strong relationships and effective communication.
  • Perform system testing, debugging, and performance tuning to ensure optimal application performance.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for Oracle EBS applications, delivering exceptional customer service and timely resolutions.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Proven experience as an Oracle EBS Developer, with a minimum of 3+ years in a similar role.
  • Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Integration tools, and Oracle HCM modules.
  • Hands-on experience with Agile development methodologies, enabling you to adapt to changing project requirements.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, combined with strong communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

  • Experience with Oracle Cloud HCM, allowing you to leverage cloud-based technologies.
  • Familiarity with Oracle Workflow and Oracle Forms, enhancing your skillset.
  • Knowledge of Agile development methodologies, ensuring you can work effectively in fast-paced environments.
