Job Role: We are looking for a dynamic and organized Campaign Executive to join our Campaigns team. You will play a key role in planning, executing, and optimizing campaigns across various platforms to achieve our business objectives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a passion for marketing, and the ability to work collaboratively within a team.Job Location: ChennaiWhat you'd Do?- Campaign Planning & Execution:- Assist in the creation and execution of marketing campaigns across channels (e.g., SMS, WhatsApp, RCS, IVR, Email).- Work with internal teams to ensure campaign assets (e.g., contents, data, visuals) are ready for distribution.- Coordinate campaign schedules and deadlines to ensure timely execution.- Monitoring & Reporting:- Track and analyze the performance of campaigns using analytics tools.- Generate regular reports on campaign performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvements.- Monitor key metrics such as engagement, conversion rates, traffic, and ROI.- Collaboration:- Work closely with customer success, and sales teams to align campaign goals with business objectives.- Support the development of targeted campaign strategies, ensuring they resonate with the target audience.- Market Research:- Conduct research to identify market trends and audience insights, which can help refine campaign strategies.- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, new technologies, and competitive activities.- Customer Engagement:- Assist in the development of messaging strategies to engage customers and increase brand loyalty.- Respond to customer inquiries or feedback related to campaigns on ticketing tool or other platforms.What You'd Have?- A bachelors degree in marketing, business, communications, or a related field (preferred).- 0-2 years of experience in marketing, advertising, or campaign management.- Experience with digital marketing tools (Google Ads, Facebook Ads, Google Analytics, etc.) is a plus.- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).- Basic knowledge of performance and content marketing.- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills.- Creative thinking and ability to adapt to changing market conditions.- Team player with the ability to work independently when necessary.- Strong analytical mindset and data-driven approachWhy Join Us?At Karix, we offer more than just a job — we offer an opportunity to make an impact.
