Job Description Key Roles & Responsibilities: 1. SMS Campaign Management - Execute promotional, transactional, and service-related SMS campaigns. - Coordinate with marketing, product, and business teams for content, targeting, and scheduling. - Ensure compliance with regulatory norms such as TRAI and DLT. - Monitor delivery rates, opt-outs, and engagement metrics. - Maintain campaign logs and generate performance reports. 2. IVR Campaign Execution - Set up and manage outbound IVR campaigns including reminders, surveys, and service updates. - Collaborate with tech teams to configure call flows and voice prompts. - Monitor call success rates, drop-offs, and customer responses. - Analyze IVR campaign performance and suggest improvements. - Ensure IVR scripts are clear, concise, and aligned with the brand tone. 3. Quality Assurance & Compliance - Review all communication content for accuracy, tone, and regulatory compliance. - Conduct regular audits of SMS, IVR, and BOT interactions. - Ensure adherence to data privacy and communication regulations. 4. Reporting & Analytics - Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on campaign performance. - Recommend improvements to enhance engagement and campaign efficiency. 5. Coordination & Support - Work closely with internal teams including Marketing, IT, Compliance, and Product. - Maintain campaign calendars and documentation. - Support ad-hoc communication needs during product launches or service disruptions.
