Job Title: US Bench Sales Recruiter Job Location: Shift: Night Shift (7Pm-4Am) Experience: 3-5 Years Employment Type: Fulltime (Onsite from Day 1) We are a staffing company that specializes in providing top talent to the Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering industries. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Bench Sales Recruiter to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong bench sales experience, knowledge of the Medical Device and Pharmaceutical industries, and a network of contacts within the industry. Conduct bench sales for Medical Device, Pharmaceutical, and Engineering professionals, with a focus on Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Validation Engineer, and Regulatory Engineer job titles. • Identify and connect with top talent across the USA. • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and regulatory requirements. • Minimum of 3-5 year of experience in bench sales in the IT industry. • Strong contacts and network within the industry is highly preferred. • Proven track record of success in identifying, placing top talent and acquiring new clients and vendors. • Experience with writing and speaking to clients and candidates is highly preferred. • Health insurance policy • Food facility - The company will offer food • Cab facility for women (Only drop – selective locations) • Comprehensive training and mentorship • Performance-based incentives
