In this role, you will lead a team of testers, ensure our products meet global accessibility standards, and champion accessibility awareness across the organization.Key Responsibilities- Ensure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, ARIA standards across web and mobile platforms.- Lead and manage manual & automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, etc.- Provide detailed remediation guidance to developers, designers, and product teams.- Prepare and deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR/VPAT) for internal and external stakeholders.- Serve as an Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) by conducting training sessions and fostering accessibility culture within teams.Required Skills & Qualifications- 1–3 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing.- Strong command of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, ARIA guidelines and accessibility best practices.- Practical expertise with assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon, ZoomText.- Proficiency using automated tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights.- Experience in preparing VPATs / ACRs.- Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.- Mandatory IAAP Certification: CPACC / WAS / CPWA.Nice to Have- Experience working in Agile/DevOps environments with accessibility integrated into CI/CD pipelines.- Knowledge of multimedia accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, audio descriptions).
