Greetings from AQM TechnologiesWe are currently looking out for Accessibility Test Lead with IAAP Certification.Interested candidates, kindly share your updated resume to - 6 to 10 YearsLocation - MumbaiNotice period - Immediate to 15 Days.We are looking for an experienced Accessibility Test Lead with IAAP certification (CPACC / WAS / CPWA) who can spearhead accessibility initiatives across our digital landscape. In this role, you will lead a team of testers, ensure our products meet global accessibility standards, and champion accessibility awareness across the organization.Key ResponsibilitiesEnsure compliance with WCAG 2.1/2.2, Section 508, ADA, ARIA standards across web and mobile platforms.Lead and manage manual & automated accessibility testing using tools such as JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse , etc.Provide detailed remediation guidance to developers, designers, and product teams.Prepare and deliver Accessibility Conformance Reports (ACR/VPAT) for internal and external stakeholders.Serve as an Accessibility Subject Matter Expert (SME) by conducting training sessions and fostering accessibility culture within teams.Required Skills & Qualifications1–3 years of hands-on experience in accessibility testing.Strong command of WCAG, Section 508, ADA, ARIA guidelines and accessibility best practices.Practical expertise with assistive technologies: JAWS, NVDA, VoiceOver, TalkBack, Dragon, ZoomText .Proficiency using automated tools like Axe, WAVE, Lighthouse, Accessibility Insights .Experience in preparing VPATs / ACRs .Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.Mandatory IAAP Certification: CPACC / WAS / CPWA .Nice to HaveExperience working in Agile/DevOps environments with accessibility integrated into CI/CD pipelines .Knowledge of multimedia accessibility requirements (captions, transcripts, audio descriptions).
