Job Title: Salesforce QA Engineer
Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce QA Engineer to join our team immediately. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Salesforce testing, SQL, and automation, with experience in testing Salesforce applications and automating testing processes. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications, as well as automating testing processes using various tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities:
Design and develop comprehensive test plans for Salesforce applications, including unit testing, integration testing, and system testing.
Develop and execute automated testing scripts using various tools and technologies, including Selenium, Appium, and Postman.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and develop test plans that meet those needs.
Stay up-to-date with the latest Salesforce technologies, releases, and best practices.
Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test scripts.
Participate in code reviews, testing, and deployment of Salesforce applications.
Collaborate with the Dev Ops team to ensure smooth deployment and monitoring of Salesforce applications in production environments.
Develop and maintain SQL queries to extract data from Salesforce databases for testing purposes.
Collaborate with the database administration team to ensure database security and performance.
Develop and maintain automated testing frameworks using various tools and technologies.
Collaborate with the QA team to develop and execute test plans and test cases.
Requirements:
4+ years of experience in Salesforce testing and automation.
Strong understanding of Salesforce technologies, including Salesforce.com, Force.com, and Heroku.
Experience with SQL, including SQL Server and Oracle.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex testing problems and develop effective solutions.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
Strong business acumen, with a deep understanding of business operations and processes.
Experience with continuous integration and continuous deployment (CI/CD) pipelines.
Familiarity with cloud-based development tools, including cloud-based development platforms and Saa S-based development solutions.
Experience with agile development methodologies, including Scrum and Kanban.
Nice to Have:
Experience with cloud-based development tools, including cloud-based development platforms and Saa S-based development solutions.
Familiarity with business intelligence and data analytics tools, including Tableau and Power BI.
Experience with process mining and process discovery tools.
Familiarity with business architecture and enterprise architecture frameworks.
Experience with IT service management (ITSM) tools, including Service Now and BMC Helix.
Experience with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts, including neural networks and deep learning.
