Strategic Initiatives: Partner with founders on high-stakes projects, diving deep into market trends and operational data to unearth hidden growth gems and fresh revenue streams. Program Management: Champion cross-functional special projects with a hands-on approach, ensuring milestones are met and everyone's singing from the same hymn sheet. Business Operations & Efficiency: Tackle operational roadblocks like a pro and streamline processes, while also crafting compelling fundraising materials that catch investors’ eyes. Data Analysis & Reporting: Create sleek dashboards and deliver insightful analyses that turn data into decisions, backed by polished reports and presentations for stakeholders. Founder's Proxy: Serve as the right-hand ally to founders, stepping into key meetings and handling confidential info with the utmost discretion—like a ninja in a suit. Stakeholder Engagement: Foster strong relationships with key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and collaboration across the organization to drive initiatives forward. Innovation Champion: Identify and advocate for innovative solutions that enhance business performance, driving a culture of continuous improvement and agility. Who are we looking for? Consulting Powerhouse: 2-6 years at a top consulting firm plus a hands-on stint in a high-growth startup. Problem-Solving Guru: Strong knack for tackling complex challenges with savvy business insight. Project Management Wizard: Proven expertise in orchestrating projects and rallying cross-functional teams like a pro. Data Detective: Exceptional analytical skills with a flair for Excel and Power Point wizardry. Communication Champion: Strong verbal and written skills that make ideas shine and resonate with all audiences.
