Job Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled AI/ML Python Developer to join our team and help us develop cutting-edge machine learning models, algorithms, and AI solutions. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Python and machine learning frameworks, and a passion for solving real-world problems with AI. This role will work closely with our data science and engineering teams to design, implement, and optimize ML models for production.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement machine learning algorithms and models in Python to solve complex business problems.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (data scientists, engineers, product managers) to deploy models into production environments.
Clean, preprocess, and analyze large datasets to extract meaningful insights and ensure model quality.
Optimize and fine-tune models to improve performance metrics such as accuracy, recall, and precision.
Use deep learning frameworks like Tensor Flow, Keras, or Py Torch to build complex neural networks for tasks such as image recognition, NLP, or recommendation systems.
Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI/ML and proactively suggest improvements or new approaches to current processes.
Implement and monitor A/B testing and model performance metrics.
Document processes, code, and experiments for reproducibility and collaboration.
Key Requirements:
Proficiency in Python: Strong programming skills in Python, with experience in using libraries such as Num Py, Pandas, Scikit-learn, Matplotlib, Seaborn, etc.
Machine Learning Expertise: Deep understanding of machine learning concepts and experience implementing algorithms such as decision trees, regression, SVMs, clustering, neural networks, etc.
Deep Learning Frameworks: Hands-on experience with frameworks like Tensor Flow, Py Torch, or Keras.
Data Handling: Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation techniques.
API Development: Experience in deploying models as APIs using tools like Flask, Fast API, or Django.
Cloud Platforms: Knowledge of deploying ML models in cloud environments such as AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (e.g., Sage Maker, Big Query).
Version Control: Experience using Git or other version control systems for collaborative development.
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Data Science, Machine Learning, or related field.
Familiarity with natural language processing (NLP) libraries such as Spa Cy, NLTK, or Transformers.
Experience with big data technologies such as Apache Spark or Hadoop.
Participation in AI/ML competitions like Kaggle.
Previous experience deploying AI models in a production environment.
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and MLOps.
