Job Summary

:

We are seeking a seasoned Python Developer with

1-3 years of experience

. In this role, you will work closely with research engineers and linguists to develop and enhance NLP systems in the speech synthesis domain. This position requires strong analytical and critical thinking skills, effective communication, and a passion for creating high-quality software.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Develop NLP systems according to the project requirementsCollaborate with international language experts to incorporate diverse linguistic featuresWork with large datasets to support language learning and model trainingAnalyse and implement changes as needed, ensuring all bugs are addressed and resolvedDeliver high-quality code with zero defects by following industry best practices and maintaining rigorous testing standardsContribute to patent filing and intellectual property protection activities, as applicable

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from Tier 1 Colleges1-3 years of experience in Python developmentExperience with NLP and machine learning frameworks such as NLTK, spaCy, TensorFlow, or PyTorchStrong problem-solving skills and ability to implement algorithms efficientlyExperience working with large datasets and data preprocessing techniquesAbility to write clean, maintainable, and efficient codeFamiliarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)Excellent communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environmentAttention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality, bug-free software
