Curefoods (EatFit) is a company that incubates food brands and operates state-of-the-art cloud kitchens & Dine-ins with a focus on making honest food that customers love. Our current portfolio of brands includes EatFit, CakeZone, Sharief Bhai, Nomad Pizza, Frozen Bottle, Olio, Rolls on Wheels, Home Plate, Juno's Pizza, Chaatstreet and Ovenfresh.
Job Summary
We seek an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead our premium dining establishment, delivering exceptional culinary experiences, exceeding customer expectations, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities
Operations
Manage day-to-day restaurant operations, ensuring seamless service delivery.
Supervise staff, fostering a culture of excellence and teamwork.
Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and consistency.
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
Customer Service
Provide exceptional customer experiences, resolving issues promptly.
Develop and implement customer loyalty programs.
Conduct regular customer feedback sessions.
Revenue Growth
Develop and execute strategies to increase sales and revenue.
Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences.
Optimize menu engineering, pricing, and promotions.
Team Management
Recruit, train, and develop a high-performing team.
Conduct performance evaluations, provide feedback, and coaching.
Foster employee engagement and retention.
Financial Management
Manage restaurant budgets, controlling costs and expenses.
Monitor inventory, minimizing waste and optimizing stock levels.
Achieve targeted profitability and revenue goals.
Requirements
Education
- Hospitality/Hotel Management degree or equivalent.
Experience
- 3+ years as Restaurant Manager in a premium dining establishment.
- Proven track record of revenue growth and customer satisfaction.
Skills
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Strong operational, financial, and analytical skills.
- Knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and quality control.
- Proficient in POS systems, inventory management, and revenue management tools.
