With a Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) model complemented by dine-in options, the brand is poised for expansion.
Their mission is to deliver the rich, traditional flavors of biryani while ensuring a consistent, high-quality experience across all locations.
Currently we are at HRBR LAyout, 5th Main in Bengaluru.
The ideal candidate has a passion for food business, a genuine ability to connect with guests and staff alike, and brings the core value of 'TEAM' to the restaurant.
A natural leader, you are responsible for maintaining the highest levels of hospitality while leading service on the floor.
Location: 418, 5th Main Rd, HRBR Layout 2nd Block, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru-560 043.
Key Responsibilities : Oversee daily operations, ensuring high standards of service, cleanliness, and quality.
Manage staff schedules, hiring, training, and performance evaluations.
Maintain a positive and motivating environment for all team members.
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
Handle customer complaints and provide appropriate solutions to ensure satisfaction.
Work closely with the kitchen to ensure smooth coordination and efficient service.
Oversee financial aspects including budgeting, sales targets, and expense control.
Develop marketing strategies to promote special events, menu changes, and increase customer traffic.
Qualifications : Proven experience as a Restaurant Manager or in a similar role.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and customer service skills.
Knowledge of restaurant health and safety regulations.
Ability to handle high-stress situations and resolve conflicts effectively.
Proficient in restaurant management software and financial management.
Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
