This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their production career who wants hands-on experience with end-to-end shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production Support- Shadow the senior production team to learn Frido’s creative workflow.- Assist in preparing pre-production documents such as:- Shot lists- Script breakdowns- Prop lists- Shoot schedules- Basic location planning- Coordinate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth prep.On-Set Assistance- Support senior directors during UGC and product video shoots.- Help coordinate talent, camera crew, lighting team, and production assistants.- Ensure smooth shoot operations by managing props, setups, and team communication.- Assist in troubleshooting minor on-set challenges quickly and professionally.- Maintain brand consistency and visual quality during shoots.Post-Production Coordination- Work with editors and post-production teams to share footage, notes, and feedback.- Review initial cuts and help ensure edits match the shoot objective.- Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery support.Requirements- Quick learner with a strong willingness to grow in video production.- Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.- Ability to stay calm and efficient during fast-paced shoots.- Creative mindset with a basic understanding of visual storytelling.- Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.Preferred (Not Mandatory)- Basic knowledge of:- Cameras- Lighting- Editing workflows- Experience or internship in:- Social media content- D2 C brand videos- UGC-style shoots
