Job Title : Assistant Creative Director/ Assistant Director (UGC + Product Launch Videos)Location: PuneCompany: FridoExperience : 1 to 3 YearsWe are looking for a Junior Director & Producer / Assistant Director to support the production of UGC-style videos and product launch shoots. This is an excellent opportunity for someone early in their production career who wants hands-on experience with end-to-end shoots.Key ResponsibilitiesPre-Production SupportShadow the senior production team to learn Frido’s creative workflow.Assist in preparing pre-production documents such as:Shot listsScript breakdownsProp listsShoot schedulesBasic location planningCoordinate with the creative and production team to ensure smooth prep.On-Set AssistanceSupport senior directors during UGC and product video shoots.Help coordinate talent, camera crew, lighting team, and production assistants.Ensure smooth shoot operations by managing props, setups, and team communication.Assist in troubleshooting minor on-set challenges quickly and professionally.Maintain brand consistency and visual quality during shoots.Post-Production CoordinationWork with editors and post-production teams to share footage, notes, and feedback.Review initial cuts and help ensure edits match the shoot objective.Ensure timely follow-ups and delivery support.RequirementsQuick learner with a strong willingness to grow in video production.Good communication skills and the ability to work with multiple teams.Ability to stay calm and efficient during fast-paced shoots.Creative mindset with a basic understanding of visual storytelling.Strong attention to detail and proactive attitude.Preferred (Not Mandatory)Basic knowledge of:CamerasLightingEditing workflowsExperience or internship in:Social media contentD2C brand videosUGC-style shoots
