Position: Collection Executive
Company: Surya International Enterprise Pvt Ltd
Location: Bhubaneswar
Experience Required: 2+ Years
Key Responsibilities:
Debt Recovery & Collections - Monitor and manage overdue accounts to ensure timely collection of payments. Engage with customers to negotiate payment schedules and resolve disputes effectively.
Customer Communication - Maintain regular communication with clients via phone, email, or letters regarding overdue payments, payment arrangements, and collection progress.
Documentation & Reporting - Document all communication and collection efforts in the system. Maintain accurate records of outstanding balances, payment status, and payment history.
Legal Proceedings: Collaborate with the legal team to initiate collection proceedings when necessary, including preparing accounts for legal action or debt recovery agencies .
Customer Relations: Ensure customer satisfaction by handling issues diplomatically, maintaining positive relationships, and supporting them in resolving payment challenges.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare and submit regular reports to senior management on collections status, aging reports, and overall receivables performance.
Team Collaboration: Work closely with the Finance, Credit, and Customer Service teams to ensure cohesive operations and effective collection processes.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in B. COM
