Role:- Java L3 Support Location: - Bengaluru Exp :- 4 to 10Yrs Notice Period: -15 to 30 Days Only Manage and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of business hours Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions Utilize ticketing system to track and prioritize issues Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, or ServiceNow Knowledge of SQL queries and database management Certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are a plus Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail Proven track record of meeting and exceeding SLAs Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting Passion for customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills through training and self-study Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.
