Role:- Java L3 Support

Location: - Bengaluru

Exp :- 4 to 10Yrs

Notice Period: -15 to 30 Days Only

  • Manage and resolve escalated technical issues from Level 1 and Level 2 support teams
  • Provide timely and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot complex problems
  • Document solutions and create knowledge base articles for future reference
  • Monitor systems to ensure optimal performance and uptime
  • Participate in on-call rotation to provide support outside of business hours
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to provide innovative solutions
  • Utilize ticketing system to track and prioritize issues
  • Strong communication skills to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • 5+ years of experience in a similar role, preferably in the IT industry
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
  • Proficiency in troubleshooting software, hardware, and network issues
  • Experience with tools such as Salesforce, JIRA, or ServiceNow
  • Knowledge of SQL queries and database management
  • Certifications such as ITIL or CompTIA are a plus
  • Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Proven track record of meeting and exceeding SLAs
  • Strong analytical mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and in a team setting
  • Passion for customer service and dedication to customer satisfaction
  • Familiarity with cloud technologies such as AWS or Azure
  • Experience with scripting languages such as Python or PowerShell
  • Understanding of security best practices and compliance standards
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and business needs
  • Willingness to continuously learn and improve skills through training and self-study
  • Ability to prioritize tasks based on urgency and impact on business operations.
