Our digital training and coaching products ( will develop new and existing entrepreneurs, in turn generating new employment opportunities. We aspire to nurture new start-ups across multiple industries/ domains ranging from AI, Digital, Engineering, IT, Retail, Sustainability, & Services centric MSMEs.

THE ROLE:

The Electronics Engineer designs, develops, tests, and maintains electronic systems and components for various applications, including communication systems, medical devices, industrial equipment, and consumer electronics. Their work involves circuit design, hardware, PCB, ICs, Microelectronics components etc.

Educational Background

  1. Bachelor’s Degree/ Diploma in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
  2. Advanced Degrees/Diploma (Optional) : A Master’s in Renewable Energy, Acoustics, or Electronics Systems can be an advantage.

Technical Skills

Innovation and Research

· Develop new electronic products or improve existing designs.

· Research emerging technologies such as IoT, AI, and renewable energy systems.

· Explore cost-effective and sustainable solutions for electronics manufacturing.

 

Design and Development

· Create and test electronic circuits, systems, and components for specific applications.

· Develop embedded systems and integrate hardware with software.

· Design PCBs (Printed Circuit Boards) and prototypes using tools like Altium or Eagle.

· Familiarity with IoT integration for sound and solar systems.

Testing and Troubleshooting

· Perform system diagnostics to identify and resolve hardware issues.

· Conduct performance tests and reliability assessments.

· Implement improvements for better functionality and efficiency.

Solar Panel Expertise :

-- Understanding of photovoltaic (PV) systems, including design and optimization.

-- Proficiency in modeling tools like PVsyst or HOMER.

-- Experience with MPPT (Maximum Power Point Tracking) and inverters.

-- Knowledge of solar energy storage systems and battery technologies.

Sound Technology Expertise:

· Knowledge of audio signal processing, acoustics, and sound reproduction systems.

· Experience with DSP (Digital Signal Processing) for audio applications.

· Proficiency in tools like MATLAB, Audacity, or similar sound engineering software.

· Familiarity with microphone design, audio amplification circuits, and sound sensors.

The candidate needs to have hands-on experience in measurement and enhancement of different characteristics of acoustics and sound waves including Wavelength, Pitch, Frequency, Amplitude, Intensity of sound power (measured in Decibels). Prior Research and development experience in sound based agricultural products to scare animals, birds, insects and snakes. Duration : 6 Months Contract with Strong Possibility of Extension

Experience

· At least 2-5 years of experience in electronics design, specifically involving circuits, microchips, audio systems or solar energy projects.

· Hands-on experience in prototyping and testing electronics, acoustics and solar systems.

· Experience with renewable energy standards and acoustic regulations.

· Basics of power electronics for interfacing solar systems.

· Noise reduction techniques in sound and solar applications.

· Awareness of environmental standards for solar installations and sound systems.

Soft Skills

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

· Good communication and teamwork abilities, especially when coordinating multidisciplinary teams.

· Project management skills for overseeing design, development, and implementation.

· Attention to detail and precision in design
