**Summary**:
The Electrical Service Engineer is responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems and equipment. This role involves working on various electrical systems, including those used in commercial, industrial, and residential settings. The engineer ensures that all electrical services meet safety regulations, operate efficiently, and support organizational objectives.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Installation and Commissioning**:

- Install, configure, and commission electrical systems and components, such as switchgear, control panels, transformers, and other equipment.
- Conduct functional and performance tests to verify system integrity and performance.
- Provide technical support and guidance during system installations and upgrades.
- **Maintenance and Repair**:

- Perform routine and preventive maintenance on electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent downtime.
- Troubleshoot and repair electrical faults, including diagnosing issues with wiring, circuit breakers, transformers, and other components.
- Replace defective parts and components to restore functionality.
- **Technical Support and Troubleshooting**:

- Respond promptly to service calls and resolve electrical issues on-site or remotely.
- Provide technical support to clients, customers, and internal teams regarding electrical systems and equipment.
- Analyze and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and manuals to diagnose and resolve problems.
- **Compliance and Safety**:

- Ensure all electrical installations and services comply with relevant safety standards, regulations, and codes.
- Conduct safety inspections and risk assessments to identify and mitigate potential hazards.
- Maintain accurate records of maintenance, inspections, and repairs.
- **Customer Interaction**:

- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions.
- Offer technical advice and recommendations to improve system performance and reliability.
- Prepare and present service reports, including details of work performed and recommendations for future actions.
- **Continuous Improvement**:

- Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in electrical engineering.
- Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance technical skills and knowledge.
- Contribute to the development and improvement of service processes and procedures.

**Qualifications**:

- **Education**: ITI in relevent field
- **Experience**: fresher or experience

**Skills**:

- Proficiency in reading and interpreting electrical schematics and blueprints.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Knowledge of relevant safety regulations and standards.

**Technical Knowledge**: Familiarity with electrical systems, including high and low voltage, control systems, PLCs, and automated equipment.

**Tools and Equipment**: Experience with various electrical testing equipment and tools.

**Working Conditions**:

- **Environment**: This position may involve working in various environments, including industrial, commercial, and residential sites.
- **Physical Demands**: Ability to lift and carry equipment, climb ladders, and work in confined spaces.
- **Travel**: Willingness to travel to client sites as required.
