Work from home.Position: Paid Ads (PPC, FB/Insta) Specialist (Sr. Executive / Analyst)(2-4 yrs experience of working on Paid Campaigns)We are a growing digital agency and can offer you a good growth career with flexibility to work from your home.Role Responsibilities:You would be responsible for managing Google PPC and FB, Insta paid campaigns for multiple clients from the health and wellness industry.GOOGLE ADS CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTRun Google Ads Campaigns - Text, YouTube AdsInputs & Content for Landing Pages DesignStructuring Campaigns > Adgroups > KeywordsFull Process for Setting up New CampaignsConstant optimisation via monitoring keywords search terms, addition to -ve list, etc.Creating reports / dashboards to track key metrics and performance across different campaigns and ad groupsFB / INSTAGRAM ADS CAMPAIGN MANAGEMENTChannels: FB, Instagram, LinkedinRun FB and Insta Paid Campaigns - Lead Generation, Traffic, Messenger AdsRun Traffic & Boost CampaignsComprehensive understanding of all audience targeting and segmentation optionsBrainstorm and Design Ad Assets (Creatives, Carousels, Videos) to get optimal resultsFull Process for Setting up New Campaigns and Ongoing monitoring of campaigns for increasing performanceAd copy writingCoordinate with Design / Graphics team for getting the creatives / videosResearch Competition & Industry Best Content Ideas and Ads AssetsCreating reports / dashboards to track key metrics and performance across different campaignsEffective use of new photo / video editing and AI tools for faster turnaroundCLIENT SERVICINGRegular coordination with client team for managing workManaging new requirements from client by coordinating with other team membersHandling monthly / weekly client update callsOnboarding of new projectsSmoothly handling escalations coming from client sideRequirements:2-4 yrs experience in Google PPC, YouTube, Facebook and Instagram Paid Ads Campaigns. Running lead campaigns, traffic campaigns, etc. – This is a must. If you haven’t run paid google + fb / instagram campaigns please do not apply.Continuous self-learning and ability to adapt to the changing Social Media and Overall Digital Marketing trendsDemonstrated organizational skills in handling, directing and prioritizing multiple and complex assignments/ projectsHigh-level proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and Word
