Drive technical alignment across the org - ensure architectural principles, quality standards, and AI-first patterns are consistently applied by all teams, enabling seamless integration and scalability across products and systems.
Design for 10x scale - ensure systems are resilient, secure, cost-optimized, and ready for real-time use cases by embedding performance, scalability, and maintainability as non-negotiables
12+ years of engineering experience, with 3–5 years in senior leadership roles managing managers and technical leads
~ Proven success in scaling high-performing engineering orgs in product-led environments
~ Deep understanding of modern system design, cloud infra (AWS/GCP), microservices, and data-intensive applications
~ Hands-on understanding of AI/ML systems and LLM architecture to set direction and ensure teams are building AI-native products
~ Ability to think in bets, influence executive decision-making, and balance long-term technical health with near-term business needs
~ Passion for mentorship, culture-building, and leading through leaders
