Primary Responsibilities:Apply advanced statistical, predictive modeling, and Generative AI techniques to optimize healthcare and digital experiencesPropose innovative ways to look at problems using data mining, statistical analysis, and machine learningSeek out new data sources and verify integrity of data to fill gaps and improve modelsCommunicate findings, verbally and visually, to business partners and clientsProvide tracking and monitoring of model performance and recommend ongoing improvements to methods and algorithmsProvide guidance to junior team membersComply with the terms and conditions of the employment contract, company policies and procedures, and any and all directives (such as, but not limited to, transfer and/or re-assignment to different work locations, change in teams and/or work shifts, policies in regards to flexibility of work benefits and/or work environment, alternative work arrangements, and other decisions that may arise due to the changing business environment).
