Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Assistant Manager – Public Relations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 3 to 5 years of experience in a PR agency setting and will play a key role in managing client relationships, crafting effective PR strategies, and executing campaigns to enhance brand visibility and reputation. This is an exciting opportunity to be a part of a fast-paced environment and work with diverse brands and media channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement effective PR strategies and campaigns for clients across various industries.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, media professionals, and key stakeholders.
  • Create and distribute press releases, media kits, and other PR materials.
  • Coordinate media outreach, pitching stories, and securing media coverage.
  • Monitor media coverage and track the effectiveness of PR campaigns.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment of client objectives and deliverables.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, media landscape, and competitive activities to provide relevant insights to clients.
  • Support senior team members in managing client accounts and assisting with day-to-day activities.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or related field.
  • 3 to 5 years of experience working in a Public Relations agency.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing PR campaigns and client accounts.
  • Strong understanding of media relations, press releases, and communication strategies.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
