We are seeking a highly skilled Salesforce Business Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will act as a bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring that Salesforce solutions are aligned with business objectives and deliver measurable value. This role requires expertise in requirements gathering, process analysis, user story creation, and solution design, with a proven ability to translate complex business needs into scalable Salesforce implementations.5+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst .Strong understanding of Salesforce CRM platform, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related modules.Proven experience in gathering, analyzing, and documenting requirements using user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.Expertise in creating and maintaining BRDs and FRDs, with a focus on clarity, completeness, and traceability.Proficiency in process modeling tools such as BPMN, flowcharts, and UML diagrams.Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage stakeholders at all levels.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven approach to decision-making.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile project environments.Ability to visualize workflows and identify process improvements to enhance business efficiency.Preferred QualificationsSalesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Certified Administrator, Business Analyst).Experience with Salesforce CPQ, Marketing Cloud, or other Salesforce products.Please share an updated profile toKavitha Acquisition Analyst(+ We prefer immediate notice period.
