Perform business process modelling, data modelling, and system analysis to design scalable solutions. Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve Salesforce issues using established best practices. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align business goals with Salesforce capabilities. Support user acceptance testing (UAT), training, and post-deployment support.Required Skills & Qualifications6+ years of total experience , with at least 4 + years as a Salesforce Business Analyst . Strong understanding ofSales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Salesforce Admin capabilities . Hands-on experience in Salesforce configuration and customization. Proven experience inrequirements gathering, process documentation, and business analysis . Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills. Proficient inMicrosoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio . Detail-oriented, adaptable, and proactive in delivering results. Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
