Job Title: Lead Generation and Business Development Executive (B2 B Focus)
Job Description:
Unified Web Services is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Lead Generation and Business Development Executive to target B2 B clients and generate high-quality leads. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in driving business growth by leveraging cold outreach, tele-calling, and social media engagement strategies.
Salary: ₹15,000 - ₹20,000 per month (based on experience and performance).
Responsibilities:
Lead Generation:
Identify and engage potential B2 B clients through Linked In Sales Navigator, online platforms, and industry networks.
Execute effective cold outreach via social media (Linked In, Instagram, etc.), emails, and calls to generate interest in Unified Web Services' offerings.
Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospective clients using CRM tools.
Business Development:
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions for services like web design, social media management, and SEO.
Schedule meetings, pitch proposals, negotiate terms, and close deals with potential clients.
Develop and nurture long-term relationships with clients and stakeholders.
Tele-Calling:
Conduct outbound calls to connect with leads, explain services, and schedule follow-ups.
Convert warm and cold leads into potential business opportunities.
Collaboration and Reporting:
Work closely with the marketing team to align lead generation efforts with ongoing campaigns.
Provide regular reports on lead conversion, pipeline status, and outreach metrics.
Market Research:
Monitor industry trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities.
Suggest innovative ways to expand the client base and improve lead generation strategies.
Qualifications:
Proven experience in B2 B lead generation and business development.
Mandatory: Experience using Linked In Sales Navigator for client outreach.
Strong tele-calling skills with the ability to handle cold and warm leads effectively.
Proficiency in social media outreach strategies (Linked In, Instagram, etc.).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills in Tamil and fluent English.
Knowledge of CRM tools to track leads and manage the sales pipeline.
Basic understanding of digital marketing, web design, and SEO is a plus.
