Tadka is currently aired from 18 cities which includes – Jaipur, Kota, Ajmer, Bikaner, Udaipur, Raipur, Bilaspur, Agra, Prayagraj, Bareilly, Jhansi, Gorakhpur, Jalgaon, Solapur, Muzaffarpur, Aligarh, Jammu and Srinagar.Job SummaryWe are looking for a result-oriented Deputy General Manager – Sales (Radio)who will be responsible for driving revenue through effective ad sales strategies, client acquisition, and relationship management. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record in media sales, a strong network of clients, and a flair for consultative selling.Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage revenue generation for Mumbai market with a strong focus on key Non-BFSI sectors such as Automobile, FMCG, Consumer Durables, Retail, Telecom, etc.- Develop and nurture strong relationships with corporate clients, media agencies, and government bodies.- Create and execute high-impact radio campaigns and brand solutions independently.- Drive strategy for market expansion, new business opportunities, and long-term partnerships.- Provide market intelligence and identify trends to stay ahead of competition.- Collaborate with programming and creative teams for innovative concepts and idea selling.- Lead and inspire the sales team while ensuring targets and objectives are achieved.Candidate Requirements- Radio Industry experience is a must (minimum 10+ years in Radio Sales).- Proven strong network and client connect across key sectors in Mumbai.- Strong understanding of advertising ecosystem and media planning.- A hustler approach — self-motivated, idea-driven, and target-oriented.- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.- Ability to work independently and create opportunities from scratch.Why Join Us- Be part of a rapidly growing radio network backed by one of India’s most respected media groups.- Opportunity to lead Mumbai market and shape the next growth chapter of FM Tadka.- A culture that encourages innovation, ownership, and performance excellence.
