We specialise in custom software, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, cloud services, digital transformation and AI Consulting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, adaptability, and quality.Responsibilities- Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performance- Perform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issues- Collaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirements- Design and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworks- Run automated test suites, analyse results, and report findings to relevant stakeholders- Log, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking tools- Work with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently- Conduct regression testing to verify that software updates do not impact existing functionality- Participate actively in Agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives- Contribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practices- Stay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practicesCandidate Requirements- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field- 0–4 years of experience in software quality assurance (freshers welcome)- Proficiency in manual testing, with a basic understanding of automated testing concepts- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills- Good communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment- Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools- Compensation & Benefits- Competitive salary package.- Opportunity to grow in a company that values adaptability, learning, and forward-thinking.- Exposure to diverse projects and global clients in a supportive, collaborative work culture.To ApplySend your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to our HR team via Yatnam Technologies is an equal opportunity employer.
