Job Title  Quality Analyst(QA)Location  Infopark Phase 2, Cochin. Employment Type  Full Time Role Overview We are seeking a detail-oriented and motivated  QA Engineer to join our quality assurance team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for software testing and an understanding of both manual and automated testing methodologies. We specialise in custom software, e-commerce, web and mobile applications, cloud services, digital transformation and AI Consulting, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction, adaptability, and quality. Responsibilities Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts to validate software functionality and performancePerform manual and automated testing to identify bugs, defects, and usability issuesCollaborate with developers, product managers, and business analysts to understand project requirementsDesign and maintain automated test scripts using industry-standard tools and frameworksRun automated test suites, analyse results, and report findings to relevant stakeholdersLog, track, and manage defects using bug-tracking toolsWork with developers to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficientlyConduct regression testing to verify that software updates do not impact existing functionalityParticipate actively in Agile processes, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectivesContribute to the continuous improvement of QA processes and practicesStay updated on the latest QA tools, technologies, and best practicesCandidate Requirements Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field0–4 years of experience in software quality assurance (freshers welcome)Proficiency in manual testing, with a basic understanding of automated testing conceptsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsGood communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environmentWillingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and tools Compensation & Benefits  Competitive salary package.  Opportunity to grow in a company that values adaptability, learning, and forward-thinking.  Exposure to diverse projects and global clients in a supportive, collaborative work culture.   To Apply  Send your resume and a cover letter detailing your relevant experience to our HR team via careers@yatnam.com.
