We are bringing fintech to the untapped Bharat of 500 million online users. We are building platforms that connect consumers to financial brands with the power of technology.
Building for the next billion users, we are determined to expand the reach of fintech to Bharat. Employing millions of agents across tier 2, 3 & 4 cities of India, our B2B app acts as a platform that helps digital-first fintech brands reach the users in the untapped parts. Raising $13M in our series A funding in March 2022, we are proud to be backed by General Catalyst, Nexus, Sequoia Surge, Waterbridge and other leading Angel Investors. Starting with only two in 2019, we are now a workforce of high spirited people diligently striving to enable fintech for Bharat.
Problems we are solving
Lack of awareness - Consumers are unaware of the best financial solutions in the market.
No proper medium - Fintech brands find it difficult to reach out to the right consumers in tier 2,3 & 4 cities.
Trust deficit - Unlike an urban user, consumers from rural areas lack trust in modern fintech services & products.

Responsibilities
Ownership - Take ownership of all front-end applications and their CI/CD pipelines.
Strategy - The candidate will own the technical strategy and will work with the PM on defining the product strategy.
Prioritisation - The candidate (along with EM) will be responsible for meeting team goals, prioritisation and resources allocation.
Design - Scoping and designing technical solutions. Built for resiliency, scalability, and performance.
Execution - Own large technical deliverables. Accountable for improving and maintaining the systems owned.
Engineering Excellence - The candidate is accountable for production, operational, and better engineering excellence in their area.
Team Development - The candidate along with EM, hire, onboard, and mentor new engineers to the team.
Communication - Responsible for surfacing goals, progress and blockers to stakeholders.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in building and delivering apps using React Native
Experience in leading front end projects and teams
Experience in building React Native plugins using Java/Kotlin and Objective/Swift.
Solid working knowledge on Redux, React, Expo and Jest.
Strong Problem Solving and Analytical Thinking.
Proficient with Agile software development life cycle.
Accustomed to dealing with ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.
Proven ability to collaborate successfully across cross functions.
