Telecom Consultant

We are seeking a detail-oriented Senior Telecom Analyst to join our team. This role is perfect for professionals with expertise in wireless telecom expense management (TEM) who can analyze usage, optimize plans, identify discrepancies, and drive cost savings through proactive insights and recommendations.
Conduct rate plan and feature analysis to ensure optimal cost efficiency.
Review accounts for zero-use devices and manage deactivation where required.
Perform spend & trend analysis to track telecom cost patterns.
Monitor data usage , identify high data users, and provide corrective recommendations.
Perform unbilled usage analysis and ensure timely billing.
Validate rate plans and features against contract compliance .
Identify and resolve billing discrepancies in wireless accounts.
4+ years of experience in wireless telecom/TEM .
~ Advanced level of English (verbal & written).
~ Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite , especially Advanced Excel (macros, pivot tables, formulas).

Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
