Job Description:

  • RIMA Medicals is currently seeking a Medical Secretary to join the team. This is an urgent hiring requirement and the candidate should be able to join as soon as possible.
  • This is a full time remote based- position working Monday through Friday with shift timings of 08 AM to 05 PM UK time.

Role Overview (not limited to):

  • Calling clients and answering inbound phone calls for appointments booking,

  • Efectively managing the appointment calender,

  • Chase expert's availabilities and update on company portal,

  • Liaise with experts,

  • Reply to inbound emails, filter them and assign to the rest of the staff,

  • Liaise with other team members to maintain the standard operating procedure.

If You Are:

  • An individual with strong interpersonal and presentation skills

  • An individual with strong Verbal & Written communication skills (In English).

  • An individual with the ability to build and maintain client/expert relationships

  • An individual with experience in the healthcare industry or legal industry is a plus

  • An individual with a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field is a plus.
