DGM/AGM - Accounting, Finance & Compliance (CA & CS)


Key Responsibilities :

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including Balance Sheets, Profit & Loss accounts,and scheduled notes.
  • Oversee budgeting processes and produce financial reports (MIS) for strategic decision-making.
  • Manage direct and indirect tax compliance, including TDS returns, annual tax audits, income tax returns, and assessments.
  • Handle GST-related activities, such as monthly returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B), claiming input credits, reconciliation, annual return filing (GSTR-9), and assessments.
  • Manage cash flow, fund flow, and banking operations, ensuring compliance with banking requirements, including managing limits.
  • Review accounts receivable, coordinate with CRM, manage vendor payments, and resolve reconciliation and vendor issues.
  • Maintain accounting records using Zoho Books (experience with Zoho Books is an added advantage).


Requirements :

  • Qualified Chartered Accountant (CA) and Company Secretary (CS) with 10-12 years of relevant experience in accounting, financial management, and compliance.
  • Strong expertise in preparing and analyzing financial statements, managing cash flow, and overseeing fund flow.
  • Thorough knowledge of direct and indirect taxes, including income tax and GST laws.
  • Experience managing banking operations, vendor payment management, and reconciliation processes.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with Zoho Books is a plus.
