What You'll Work On As a Process & Research Engineer Intern, you'll gain exposure to real-world research, engineering, and strategic decision-making: Lab & Process Development Support wet lab experiments including leaching, solvent extraction, and recovery Assist in sample prep, testing, and optimization of hydrometallurgical processes Analyze yield and purity to improve process outcomes Data & Documentation Record and evaluate data to support R&D decisions Contribute to process documentation, SOPs, and experiment summaries Present insights to internal teams and advisors Innovation & Team Collaboration Participate in brainstorming and tech reviews with R&D leadership Stay updated with recent literature and research to inform development Contribute ideas in a startup environment where initiative is valued Market & Procurement Research Perform basic research on suppliers, equipment, and pricing for raw materials and lab infrastructure Support vendor outreach and evaluation Compile actionable findings to support procurement decisions Who We're Looking For We want curious minds and passionate builders: Students or recent graduates in Chemical Engineering, Metallurgy, Materials Science, or related fields Interested in clean energy, circular economy, deep-tech startups Experience with Simulation Software such as ASPEN, DWSIM, etc. Analytical, driven, and excited by hands-on learning and experimentation Organized and clear in communication—written and verbal Eager to grow in a high-responsibility, high-impact environment What Past Interns Say "I learned more in 8 weeks at Novasensa than an entire semester at university.
