Who You Are:
- An immediate joiner who’s excited to grow with us.
- Have 2+ years of hands-on experience managing Meta ad campaigns.
- Skilled in creating, managing, and optimizing high-ROAS Facebook Ad campaigns.
- A creative thinker with a systematic and detail-oriented approach to work.
- Passionate about achieving and surpassing clients’ performance goals.
- Proactive in identifying new strategies and innovative ways to enhance results.
- Experienced in managing budgets and ensuring adherence to monthly KPIs and targets.
- A collaborative team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
What You'll Do:
- Manage and optimize Meta ad campaigns daily for Scaling Wolves' e-commerce and D2C clients.
- Develop and execute effective strategies, including audience research, copywriting, and creative ideas .
- Generate regular reports from Facebook Ad Manager with actionable insights and recommendations.
- Collaborate with account managers, creative teams, and copywriters to ensure campaign success.
- Stay updated with the latest Meta advertising trends and tactics.
- Conduct in-depth market research to refine targeting and maximize performance.
- Build and nurture strong relationships with clients, positioning yourself as a reliable expert.
- Leverage data and analytics to align campaigns with client business goals.
- Bonus: Experience with Google Ads is a plus
