The educator acts as a guide and co-learner, ensuring a safe, stimulating, and inclusive space that encourages innovation and collaboration.Key Role- Facilitate inquiry-led and project-based learning by integrating STEM, arts, and literacy in a hands-on, child-centred environment.- Create and maintain an inspiring studio space with diverse materials, provocations, and collaborative opportunities, while engaging parents and the school community in the learning journey.Responsibilities- Design and facilitate learning experiences aligned with Reggio Emilia, Montessori, and STEM principles.- Create an emotionally safe and intellectually stimulating environment for exploration, experimentation, and innovation.
