Position Title: Director of Food & Beverage Location: Vagator, North Goa Property Type: Luxury Hotel / Resort Role Overview: The Director of Food & Beverage will oversee all aspects of the hotel’s F&B operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences, operational efficiency, and revenue growth. This role demands a highly experienced leader passionate about luxury hospitality, innovative culinary concepts, and team development. Key Responsibilities: Develop and implement comprehensive F&B strategies aligned with the hotel’s luxury brand standards. Lead, mentor, and inspire the F&B team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences. Oversee all F&B outlets, including restaurants, bars, banquets, room service, and special events. Maintain high standards of food quality, presentation, and safety compliance. Drive revenue and manage costs effectively to maximize profitability. Foster relationships with vendors, suppliers, and local partners. Could you monitor guest feedback and implement improvements proactively? Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene standards. Innovate menu concepts and oversee marketing initiatives for F&B outlets. Collaborate with other hotel departments to enhance overall guest satisfaction. Qualifications & Experience: Minimum of 10 years’ progressive experience in luxury hotel F&B management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven track record of managing multiple outlets in high-end hospitality settings. Strong understanding of luxury service standards and guest expectations. Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills. Strategic thinker with a keen eye for detail and operational excellence. Ability to innovate and align F&B offerings with current trends. Fluency in English; additional languages (especially Hindi, Konkani) are a plus. Educational Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management, Hotel Administration, Culinary Arts, or related field. A Master’s degree is preferred. Personal Attributes: Charismatic leadership with strong team-building skills. Customer-centric mindset with a passion for delivering excellence. Adaptability to a dynamic luxury environment.
